Out of curiosity, have either of you been able to test this on different Wi-Fi networks? Tried at a library, work, relatives, and at home. On the S8+ it only does it over LTE and not on Wi-Fi. I can turn off Mobile Data and it will not allow me to place a video call, and places a normal call.
