Put the unit in airplane mode and enabled my wifi. Tried to make a call and received: turn-off airplane mode or connect to a wireless network to make a call. I noticed that wifi calling is not working. I performed the black update a week or so ago, but I don't know whether or not this was the cause. The phone wifi is connected per the wifi settings menu, and "wifi preferred" is checked in the wifi calling settings menu. This relates to wifi calling using a Samsung Galaxy S7 android phone. My phone returns a message of REG99 - Unable to connect when I try to turn on wifi calling. Wifi calling worked with the Nighthawk but does not work with the Orbi even though my phone has a wifi connection and I can browse the internet with it using wifi. Then I start doing WiFi test and that’s having basically the same result but like 5% better, I’m having the exact same issues, so now within my family 3/4 phones are not working properly. I’ve been using galaxy for years since the S2, and never had such a widespread issue.
